I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was absolutely perfect, right at the center of old-Shanghai, making it easy to explore the nearby area by public transport. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was a highlight, with its modern design and ample hot water supply for a relaxing shower. The city view from my room would have been even more breathtaking if not for the fog, but it was still a sight to behold. the experience at this place was simply unforgettable.
In terms of improvements, I did notice that some of the vegetable dishes on the buffet breakfast didn't look well-washed or clean. Additionally, there were limited options for fruit servings.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and access everything I needed. The view from my room was lovely, showcasing the city in its full glory. The staff were nice, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of natural food like sweet potatoes, eggs, and fresh green salad. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to move around comfortably.
Nothing bad to say.

The location of this hotel is hard to beat in the nearby area, right next to a massive mall with loads of restaurant choices and in the center of old Shanghai. the staff was helpful, and the buffet breakfast was decent and had good natural food like yellow corn and fresh green salad.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue, particularly in the restaurant food preparation room and backroom, which were not very clean. Customers could easily see from the dining area.

Great location close to amenities, such as shopping mall, subway, and local attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and staff was helpful and friendly. , the breakfast buffet was included in our price and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's security seemed weak, as anyone could easily take the elevator to our room without obstruction. the hotel appeared aged and in need of renovations.
